Music and film by Judit Varga. A full-length audiovisual work in which human and machine form a virtuosic piano duo. The acoustic piano and computer-controlled Disklavier form the live two-piano version; the work can also be presented in a single-Disklavier version. For venues without live instruments, a film-only screening version is available: the complete musical material — both the Disklavier and solo-piano parts — is recorded and integrated into the film soundtrack. The visual layer was developed from human concepts with AI-assisted image and video generation, followed by human editing. The work belongs to Varga’s series exploring kinetic energies, algorithms, physical phenomena and movement in musical form.
